RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Because each address decal is custom-made to your selected design, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.
If your stencil arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item if the damage occurred during production or shipping.
SHIPPING INFO
Each decal is custom-cut and made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
We offer several convenient options for receiving your decal:
Standard Shipping (Quote Required) – Unfortunately shipping is not automatically calculated at checkout. Please contact us for a shipping quote based on your location. Your stencil will be securely packaged to prevent bending or damage during transit.
Pickup In Store (Free) – You may pick up your stencil at no additional cost.
